Phillip Blanchard
			Phillip Blanchard is a copy editor. Most recently, he was an editor on the Washington Post financial copy desk. From 1989 through 2000,  he was an editor at the Chicago Sun-Times. Previously he worked at the Times Union of Albany, N.Y., and the Schenectady (N.Y.) Gazette.         Blanchard, his wife and son live in Bethesda, Md.
