	From an AP feature by Scott Laidlaw, given exclusive access to President Bush for a morning at his Crawford, Tex., ranch:<p>"Bush, 56, breathes hard, clears his throat, spits. He does not appear to be running fast, but he is. The proof will be in his times. The reporter, 22 years his junior, falls behind as Bush charges down the trail and disappears."<p>*** I should hope so, as any self-respecting reporter is by definition a chain-smoker, a compulsive drinker, a fast-food swallower and a daily practitioner of the seedy hard life.
