Joined: Tue Aug 06, 2002 12:01 am Posts: 138	"(NY Times) - The nation's secret intelligence court has identified more than 75 cases in which it says it was misled by the Federal Bureau of investigation in documents in which the bureau attempted to justify its need for wiretaps and other electronic surveillance, according to the first of the court's rulings to be released publicly."<p>***Alright, if the media is on top of it, it isn't secret. This court is documented, has been since 1978. The request made by the DOJ is now public, it isn't a secret either.<p>All the stories i see say the secret court secretly denied a secret request for some secret wiretaps in a secret international terrorist investigation by the secretive John Ashcroft who secretly wants to be ruler of the world -- or something to that effect.<p>If it's so secret, how come we've got so much information about it?
