Luckily I was able to stop this desperate search for a meaningful ending to an otherwise well-written story from making it to print. I hope the rest of you aren't running into too many of these:<p>The world changed. The United States changed, but it's still too soon to say exactly how. The attack changed the way we mark time. Americans now have a calendar that runs from September to September. We have watched a clock with 365 hours. Or we have a calendar that is 24 hours long. We are closing out 9/11/01 _ not 9/11/2001, but the first year of 9/11, as in Year One. In the way that we went from B.C. to A.D., we have gone from A.D. to A.WTC.
