A man wanted in connection with a pipe bomb explosion that seriously injured his half brother surrendered to police in Montana, where he was living under an assumed name, authorities said Sunday. Prescott Sigmund, 35, of Potomac, Md., turned himself in to police in Missoula, Mont., after seeing a broadcast about the case Saturday night on "America's Most Wanted," said Harold Scott Jr., a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. (AP)<p>***"It said on TV that I'm wanted, so I thought I'd better turn myself in," Sigmund told police.***
