	From today's AP wire:<p>{By STEVE GIEGERICH}= {AP Education Writer}= "A new survey has found that the number of presidents of top private colleges and universities who earn over $500,000 annually more than doubled last year.<<p>*** I remember learning "over" vs. "more than" in a freshman-year colleeg journalism course ... and I didn't even go to a good school.

	Yes, I went to a bad COLLEGE ... obviously. The worst part of the above example is that, accoridng to the AP stylebook, it's technically correct -- and yet it's horrendous construction. The writer essentially backed himself into a corner and then used a loophole to excuse it.
