How do you vote on the new format? Do you prefer to read each thread going up or going down?

it's more like the eenie-meenie-miney-mo we used to do with a baseball bat, two guys grabbing it in succession up toward the knob to see who gets to call first/last raps. i suppose, phil, you bat lefty, which means we have to swing over toward right field and play left-field-out just for you.

it comes down to whom you want to serve. The occasional reader will have to page down to the bottom and read backward, which is highly counterintuitive.
The constant reader will want the new stuff at the top because he's already read all that other stuff.
So, do the heavy users cut the occasional users some slack, or do we say screw 'em if they don't care to join the fun as it unfolds?
This'll be the most jarring to newcomers, who will be forced to learn to read the threads in reverse. And it may be jarring to people already signed up who don't like having to reorient themselves to reading backwards.
Though as a frequenet visitor I prefer having the new stuff at the top, as a representative of everyone else I think it'd make more sense to have the message threads read sequentially.

blanp, screw 'em. Do it however your autocratic heart desires. (Not that there's a voting process here, but I like it as is.)
