The Carroll County Times, a 25,000 circulation daily newspaper located in Westminster, Md., is seeking a copy editor to join the news staff. <p>The successful candidate will possess excellent grammar and spelling skills and will be ready and willing to work closely with reporters and other editors on editing local and wire copy, designing pages and writing headlines. Experience with Quark Xpress and/or reporting experience helpful but not required. The position requires sitting for extended periods, working evening hours and at least one weekend night.
