This raises an interesting question about the application of laws to the internet, particularly given that it is not a US-based job. Here is probably not the right forum for such a complex debate.

The question apparently is whether a U.S. company can legally advertise a foreign job opening for which only one sex is eligible. That properly is a question for the EEOC.
