A third man, standing in the bed of his pickup, raced down the highway shouting the only words in English he knew. <p>"George Bush!" he cried, whizzing past.<p>*I assume the Times reporter hopped in a Humvee, caught up to the pickup and tested the man's knowledge of English.*
