Later in <A HREF="http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/news/articles/0412piestewapeak12.html">the story</A>, it's revealed that laws governing such naming prohibit any action before five years pass from the time of death.<p>Perhaps balanced coverage necessitates this sort of story (on the front page no less), but the fact is the governor is using the death of a service member to ram though something she's wanted to do for years -- and to me, <I>that's</I> the story. Don't look for that too hard, it's not in what they ran.
