Joined: Tue Jan 21, 2003 1:01 am Posts: 58 Location: Salt Lake City	All national reporters seem to favor describing Columbia's last flight as "the doomed flight." Wouldn't fatal be more accurate? Doomed implies a sense of fate.

The Columbia explosion was not a tragedy.<p>But, if you look in Webster's, the fifth definition is "a very sad or tragic event or sequence of events; a disaster." <p>What say you?
