That's interesting. It also might be noted that the storm was not confined to the Atlantic Ocean.***In Washington, the weather forced the government to curtail the high security it has maintained on the streets in the last week, after the terrorist threat level was raised to Code Orange. Counterterrorism agencies were forced to get by with less staff.
