The breach of the earth obstacle was part of an effort to clear the way for British troops to enter Iraq."<p>By looking at the picture and reading the story, you see that what the military calls an "earth obstacle" the rest of us save valuble breath calling a "hill." Similarly, if I were in a tank and about to meet an "earth obstacle" i'd appreciate knowing if it were a 14-foot sand dune or a 200-foot chasm.
