I'll probably change the word, but I'm curious what people think.*

I'd go with spun.
My greater concern is for the statement that logging would be allowed but development prohibited.
Logging is an industrial use of the resources and that is a form of development even if nothing is "built" as the word implies.[ March 25, 2003: Message edited by: canuck ]

Wildlife do quite well on their timberland. Certain species may do better on timberland than in the public Forest Preserve, where no logging is permitted.
